1. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the "Serbia Emergency Covid-19 Response Project" and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the construction of a new diagnostic building with BSL-3 laboratory at the "Torlak" Institute of Virology, Vaccines and Sera.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 13.00 hours CET, 19 October 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked "ORIGINAL BID", and the inner envelopes marked "TECHNICAL PART" will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on or before 13.15 hours CET, 19 October 2023. All envelopes marked "FINANCIAL PART" shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Employer until the second public Bid opening.
