The company MN Plastika 1996 from Stara Pazova is planning to build a new business-production-storage facility on a parcel of over 94 ares within this town’s business zone.

According to the urban project, prepared by the Stara Pazova-based company Konsalting, the construction of facilities of a gross area of 2,233.30 m2 is planned on a parcel within the complex. The purpose of the facility is to produce plastic consumer goods and to store raw materials and finished products on a daily basis. The facility is also planned to feature a section for administrative purposes and rooms for employees.

The construction of a separate business-production facility, with one section having only a ground floor and the other having an additional floor, is planned. The facility will consist of three parts – an administrative, a production and a storage part.

The administrative part is facing the street and has two floors. It features an open exhibit space, a kitchen for the workers, locker rooms and a toilet, whereas the upper floor features an open space for offices, a toilet and a kitchen. The storage part is on the ground floor and takes the form of single space, whereas, in the production part, a gallery is formed above a section of the space. The gallery is accessed from the production space by stairs and an elevator platform.
