Nest Retail Park Kraljevo opens – First shopping center of RC Reinvest in Serbia on 5,000 m2

RC Reinvest Serbia opened the shopping center Nest Retail Park Kraljevo on December 1, the website of the City of Kraljevo reports.

The facility has been raised next to the new Sports Hall in Ribnica and has a gross area of around 5,000 square meters.

The new retail park has 104 of its own parking spaces, and visitors will also be able to count on 300 parking spaces next to the new Sports Hall.

The shopping center will feature, among others, the brands LC Waikiki, Deichmann, Takko, Intersport, Top Shop Delhaize, Nefa (furniture)...

As previously said, RC Reinvest plans to raise such facilities throughout Serbia.

The director of RC EUROPE, the project investor, Michal Augustyn, said that, following this first pilot project in Serbia, the company intended to “continue down the same path in Uzice, Vrsac, Obrenovac” the next year.

– We would love to continue with projects in the City of Kraljevo, and long-term ones at that, in order to contribute to the development of the city – Augustyn said.

The opening of Nest Obrenovac is planned for the first quarter of 2019, whereas Nest Vrsac should open in April 2019. The opening of the retail park in Ruma is also planned for 2019.
