UniCredit gets EUR 10 m for residential loans

UniCredit bank has announced today that the European Fund for SEE (EFSE) approved a credit line of EUR 10 m for funding residential loans and promotion of business terms.

New line of EFSE and UniCredit bank will, as stated, enable physical entities wider access to loans for flat purchase.

UniCredit bank is the third biggest bank in Serbia when it comes to balance working capital and residential loans for physical entities make almost half of its credit portfolio in residential sector, the bank announced.

EFSE set up the German Developmental Bank (KfW) with financial support of the Federal ministry for economic cooperation and development of Germany (BMZ) and European Commission (EC), aims at supporting development in Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine and Turkey.
