The Institute of Nuclear Sciences Vinca, by signing the Agreement on Cooperation with the Center for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, has become the first big user of one of the most innovative services of the CCIS, the INNO-VERSE platform, based on artificial intelligence, announced the CCIS.

The one-year cooperation agreement was signed by Predrag Nikolic, the director of the Center for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CDT CCIS), and professor Dr. Snezana Pajovic, the director of the Institute of Nuclear Sciences Vinca.

– For the Institute of Nuclear Sciences Vinca, this partnership is of great importance, and the signing of the agreement means that we are officially becoming a part of the important project of the modernization and improvement of Serbia through the project of digital transformation. This will enable not just the development of the industry, but also scientific research development, in a much more intensive and modern way, all for the purpose of defining high-tech approaches and innovative business – stated Pajovic.

Pajovic said that our science should develop in the direction of innovations and modernization and the development of technologies which our economy needs. On the other hand, our economy should let us know what it needs so that the scientists would focus their research.

– INNO-VERSE is a digital platform, launched in March this year, and one of the most modern tools based on artificial intelligence, designed to facilitate and accelerate the connecting of the economy with the latest IT solutions. The platform is meant for companies, startups, scientific research institutions and development center which are constantly looking to improve the competitiveness and the market positions – reminded Predrag Nikolic, the director of the Center for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

– Cooperation and networking with other science institutions in the whole Serbia are planned, so as to initiate the scientific activities to the benefit of the economy even more efficiently and so that scientists would be able to communicate with each other and develop new ideas and innovation products, but also have access to global information in the field of science. In addition to that, the information from the platform will be available to students as well, through the CDT academy – added Nikolic.
