Hotel Hyatt Regency Belgrade is committed to reducing food waste, which they confirmed through their partnership with KITRO, the leading Swiss company in waste management.

- Last year we dedicated ourselves to reducing food waste as a key initiative, and nowadays we use sustainable practices in our kitchen operations with the help of innovative solutions, which we can more easily analyze waste management data - they say at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade hotel.

They emphasize that they want to encourage changes in the hotel industry by their example, so they strive for sustainability and responsible management of resources every single day.

- By our struggle, we contribute not only to operational efficiency within the hotel, but also to a sustainable future. In cooperation with the KITRO company, we are trying to shape the hotel industry that appreciates environmental awareness and innovation - they say at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade hotel.

They add that with animal welfare in mind, they don`t serve shark fin, use free-range eggs and have a local Black Angus meat supplier.
