Backa Topola gets an indoor swimming pool complex - Contractor needed for a job worth over RSD 625 million
The project includes the arrangement of the area and the construction of a swimming pool with all accompanying facilities, vehicular and pedestrian accesses, green areas, parking lots and the accompanying infrastructure network. The location is downtown Backa Topola, on the site of the former Venus recreation center at 65 Marsala Tita Street.
The planned number of floors of the building is LL+GF+2. One larger swimming pool with dimensions of 25x21 m with a depth of 1.8 m to 1.4 m and one small pool for children with dimensions of 8x12 m, have been designed. The depth of the small pool is 0.90 m. The change in depth in the larger swimming pool is gradual. On the south side of the building, a circular shape pool with thermal water with a depth of 0.90 m is planned.
The total planned water area is 679.23 m2, while the maximum simultaneous capacity of the pool is up to 270 people, according to the specifications of the works.
A closed pedestrian bridge is planned within the complex with the goal of connecting the swimming pool facility with the planned future content on the adjacent plot where the planned reconstruction of the football stadium will include a hotel complex with wellness center. The project also foresees the construction of a traffic connection with a parking capacity of 30 spaces.
- The construction of the facility is planned in two phases. Phase 1 includes the installation of all elements that are in the concrete construction of the pool and water compensation tanks. The 2nd phase includes equipment that connects to the elements that were installed in the first phase - it is stated in the job specification.
The total value of the work is RSD 625,560,428, and the deadline for participation in the tender is June 20.
