EUR 255 Million Planned for Belgrade Subway in 2023
That sum of RSD 30 billion for the subway is in the 2023 budget proposal and is a capital transfer to the City of Belgrade by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.
In 2023, the Republic of Serbia will also be able to secure a loan of EUR 80 million for the Belgrade Subway (Phase One) with “foreign funds and governments”, as well as a loan of EUR 1 billion with “foreign investment corporations, funds and banks”, reads the budget proposal.
