For the second year in a row, through the Young Energy Europe project, the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia) has been qualifying the participants in the program into so-called energy scouts, who will be able to recognize and use the potentials of energy savings and resource optimization at their companies following the training.

Considering that the biggest energy losses are at industrial facilities, that’s where the most can be done to implement the necessary knowledge and measures in the fields of energy efficiency and resource optimization.

In the course of the program, the topics of climate protection, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, resource efficiency and e-mobility will be dealt with. In the final training module, the projects are presented within a joint workshop and rated by an expert jury.

All the energy scouts get a certificate of participation from AHK Serbia, and the best rated energy scouts will have the opportunity to present their projects at a special event in Berlin, the press release says.

The application deadline is July 15, 2022, and the emails are: krstic@ahk.rs and jevremovic@ahk.rs. The training courses are free and will be held in the first half of October.

The project is financed within the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and carried out together with the foreign chambers of commerce in the partner countries.
