The Ministry of Finance has opened the invitation for expression of an interest in consulting services for the restructuring of Srbija Kargo.

The job entails the diagnostics operations, the prognosis of the rail cargo toward the full commercial orientation of the company and operating independence, as well as the preparation of the company’s business strategy and five-year business plan.

The invitation is open until August 16, at noon, and the details can be found HERE.

The restructuring of Srbija Kargo will be financed with the proceeds of the loan worth EUR 102 million that Serbia got from the World Bank and the French Development Agency for the development of a railway hub in Serbia, which eKapija has written about before.
