Company Dentsu has announced the launch of a new customer experience management (CXM) company in Serbia. The company will combine data and analytical capabilities with CRM, trade, media and digital experience services, and the business will be conducted under the name Merkle.
The company is being led by 1,200 CXM experts who use their knowledge to create strategies in building user experience as well as for advice, user experience-based design, CRM, data management, commerce, mobility, content management systems (CMS), as well as adtech and martech platforms.
Company's headquarters will be located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH region), the Czech Republic, Serbia and Portugal. At the same time, it will have access to Merkel's regional EMEA network, comprised of over 3,400 employees in 14 countries.
