Sun Valley New Owner of Victoriaoil

The new owner of Victoriaoil, one of the most modern oil factories in the Balkans and a long-time member of Victoria Group, is Sun Valley, Victoria Group announced.

The founders and owners of Sun Valley are Cooprestown s.a.RI, owned by Oaktree Capital Management, and Vaja Jhashi, the owner of one of the largest agri-industrial holdings in Eastern Europe, which operates in Moldova, Ukraine and Romania.

– The excellent results of Victoriaoil are the basis for the further ambitious plans and even better business results of the company with a new owner – stated the operations manager of Victoria Group, Stefan Babovic.

Babovic added that Victoria Group intended to strengthen its position as the leading European player in the production of non-GMO plant proteins of its largest company Sojaprotein.

Today, Sojaprotein sells its products in 65 countries on five continents and is among the largest exporters in Serbia, Victoria Group says in its press release.
