As a family company, Brose takes responsibility for its workers and enables, for example, professional development, partly through challenging training programs in Germany. Once the construction is finished, the new location in Serbia will also have its own employee catering service.

Innovations and orientation toward growth

Brose develops and produces mechatronic systems for vehicle doors, trunk doors and seats, as well as electric engines and electronics for, among other things, steering wheels, brakes, gearshifts and engine coolers. A total of 26,000 workers in 64 locations in 24 states realize an income of EUR 6.2 billion. Each second newly produced vehicle in the world features at least one Brose component.
