"Jat Airways" introduced Belgrade – Abu Dhabi line

Serbian air transportation company "Jat Airways" announced today (May 7, 2009) that it had reintroduced Belgrade – Abu Dhabi line after nearly 11 years.

This air line, which was established on May 6th, represents the first direct link between the capital cities of United Arab Emirates and Serbia since November 1998.

"Jat’s" airplane "boeing 737" will be flying from Belgrade to Abu Dhabi and back two times a week.

Departures from Belgrade are at 10.05 PM every Tuesday and Thursday, and the airplane will be landing in Abu Dhabi at 6.55 AM the next morning. The flights from Abu Dhabi to Belgrade are at 7.45 AM every Wednesday and Friday.

The passengers from Serbia will be able to take the flights of "Jat’s" partner "Etihad Airways" from Abu Dhabi to Australia, China, India and other destinations in Asia.

People in "Jat Airways" point out that their company was the first European airliner to introduce flights to the international airport in Abu Dhabi.
