New wave of investments stimulating economy – Special Edition Newsletter Real Estate in Serbia on April 4 at eKapija

Over 500 construction sites are active in Belgrade alone. A total of 972 contracts on the construction of 650,000 square meters were signed last year at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, Belgrade Waterfront excluded, and 150 new ones were signed this January. The wave of investments in real estate, initiated last year, has continued in 2017 as well with the announcement of grand new projects.

We are witnesses to the fact that the architectural solutions of new facilities will leave a strong mark on the cities where they are to be raised.
