Radenska to bottle Pepsi drinks in Croatia
- Radenska is becoming a franchise partner of PepsiCo for Croatia, where we're going to bottle Pepsi, Mirinda and 7UP as well as distribute them - Tportal cited Kofola officials as saying.
- We are very satisfied with the opportunity to expand our previous cooperation with PepsiCo and become their selected franchise partner for the territory of Croatia - Radenska General Manager Marijan Sefcovic said in a comment on the franchise agreement.
He added that Radenska was closely working with Badel, a previous partner of PepsiCo, in order to ensure easy transfer of the franchise and uninterrupted supply to partners.
Kofola from the Czech Republic took over Radenska in 2015 for about EUR 70 million, and its officials say they are satisfied with this year's business results of the Slovenian firm they acquired from Pivovarna Lasko.
Radenska turned a profit of EUR 3.77 million in the first nine months of this year.
